Due to the nature of vintage clothing, I do not, as a general policy, accept returns. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. My goal is to have happy customers who love their purchases. Each garment or item is carefully measured and inspected for flaws, and all issues are disclosed as noted. Of course, it is not humanly possible to be perfect.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within three days of your receiving it. If I have made a significant error, I will refund in full, including shipping both ways, once I have received the item back, as long as you shipped it back promptly unworn and in exactly the same condition as when it left my hands. If the return is for personal reasons (doesn't fit, color doesn't flatter, the wedding was cancelled, etc), same guidelines but you pay shipping both ways plus a 20% restocking fee.
